INNOVACAR "SC5" Tire Dressing is a modern, water-based SiO₂ product built to refresh, care for and bring tired tyres back to life. The formula gives you serious durability plus a finish you can dial in — adjust the depth of colour and the gloss to whatever look you're after. It's easy to work with too, since it goes on whether the tyre is dry or still wet. Once it cures, the special chemistry lays down a repellent, self-cleaning barrier that holds up for plenty of miles and shrugs off rain. On top of that, you can use it on bumpers, plastics, in the cockpit and in the engine bay.

Using it on tyres

For the best result, give the tyres a proper clean and decontamination first. Grab a suitable brush and a cleaner for the job. After that it's worth going over them with D2 Check and a microfibre cloth to pull off any leftover residue. Then lay SC5 down evenly across the whole tyre with a microfibre pad. For longer durability, let the product soak in and wipe off the excess after 15–30 minutes.

Using it on other surfaces

SC5 is a real all-rounder and works on bumpers, plastics, in the cockpit and in the engine bay too. Prep the surface properly by washing it with a suitable cleaner. Then apply the product the same way as on the tyres.

Dilution and consumption

Depending on the depth of colour and gloss you want, you can run SC5 neat or dilute it up to 1:3 (1 part product to 3 parts water). Only mix as much as you actually need. If you want, you can lay down a second coat after 15–30 minutes to push the shine further. Consumption sits at about 5–10 ml per tyre, so 20–30 ml in total for a set of four.
