That's why you automatically collect points on selected items: 1 point per €1 gross turnover. These points run in a rolling 12-month window, so your status doesn't depend on a single strong month, but on real, sustained activity. Your Pro status updates automatically: If you reach the next threshold, you move up. If your point balance drops – for example, because older sales fall out of the 12-month window or because you use points for benefits – your status can adjust again. This is not a "penalty system," but the logical consequence of a program that does not rely on blanket discounts, but on belonging and conscious decisions: If you collect, you build status. If you redeem, you gain concrete benefits. Both are legitimate – and you control it yourself. You can see all relevant information (points, status, history) in your customer account, so you don't have to guess in your business, but can plan.

Detailing1 PRO is explicitly designed for commercial users – which is why we start with a clear, straightforward registration process. After filling out the form, you will be immediately activated as a PRO and can directly place orders and collect points. Because we want to keep the system fair (and prevent misuse), we verify uploaded proofs. If you submit your business registration, you will receive a 1,000-point welcome boost – the credit will be applied after verification. Important to note: Even if you do not upload a business registration, you can generally participate, as we register you as a commercial customer based on the form details. The upload is therefore not "mandatory to get in," but an advantage for all who wish to submit their documents directly. This keeps the entry barrier low – while ensuring the program remains clearly B2B-oriented.
